Conversion from ACCESS 2003 to 2007

I'm looking for a way to convert (import) the data from old tables (.mdb's with user level security; I have the corresponding .mdw with password) into the same tables but then in .accdb.
This because the old data is situated on the computer of the user. After installing the new application the system should read the data into the new application.
Any suggestions?
