conversation recording

hello.
please I want to record the call conversation and back it up on a network storage device.
I cant really figure it out.am using Panasonic ns1000

if you have the um setup with 2 way recording you can backup to a usb stick or external hard drive in maintenance console or every day by scheduled backup

how do I configure the system to record conversation.plz can u attach a screen shot of how to configure it if possible.

you can assign a two way record button on the phone
