Conversation on 2008 phone clone 1

HI,
I have in a control room two 2008 exactly clone ( all the keys are same ), on two desk with 20 feet between us. When a person take a line on clone 1, the person on the clone 2 can't take the set to discuss, but he see the display of this line on. How can program the telephones to be able to talk on the same line, like 2 type 500 telephone.

You can also build a 500 set with the same line, which takes the privacy away.
