Conversant Replacement 1

I have a V6 Conversant that is only used for Form Filling (or Structured Messaging as we prefer to call it) I do not take advantage of any other features that are available. We now need to build capacity for another site and rather than purchase another Conversant, I was wondering if anyone can recommend or point me towards an alternative unit that will collect structured messages from customers. The unit will need to cope with at least 120 channels.

You can look at the eassist product line for a CTI/IVR application.

They have IP application servers that can meet your high throughput needs and through a MAPD card in your Definity, they can provide you what you require plus more.

I used them on one site a few months ago and the product is really solid.

Also they work with you instead of just selling you something.
