I've loaded an activeX document on a form. It is a pipeline map that has links in it. I've set up on the doMouseOverURL, a controltiptext that displays URL of the pipeline the cursor is over. How do I set the control tip to continue if the area of the map the mouse is over does not have a URL? New to coding, so if this is not the best option, let me know.
