Controlling Windows size when opening a form

I have a form which serves as a menu with buttons. I want to keep it centered at about 3"x 3" but it manages to open to full screen. I can keep it centered, but can not remember how to keep the form window @ the same size when it it opens and closes

Set the form PopUp property to yes.

Thanks. That seems to work. the only problem is that the form window now stays on top. In this case the button opens a report in print preview but the form menu is on top.

Check to see if the popup or modal property is set to yes.
