Hello,

Is is possible to control the width of an dropdown list? What I'd like to do is have an option list that is 30 characters wide. The problem is that the values for the list are up to 60 characters wide. I need to be able to see the full value when I drop the list down, but I only want it to take up 30 characters when the list is not dropped down.

TIA,

Rich

Sorry, that can't be done w/ a normal windowed HTML control.

What you see is what you get. Someone may have some sort of custom DHTML widget you might be able to download from somewhere, but as for a normal one, you can't do it.
