Controlling UAC

Is there any way of 'registering' specific programs with UAC so that the prompt does not come up every time I run them?
I have a program I run regularly and the prompt always comes up. This is not a big problem, but if it starts to happen with a lot of programs the prompt becomes pointless as I will always automatically acknowledge it whenever it comes up. At that stage I may as well turn UAC off.

It is not that easy but you maybe able to do it by using a shortcut to a Scheduled Task.
