Hello all --

I'm trying to find an attribute for the <select> tag that will control the width of the control in a Netscape4.07 browser.

styles don't work with it (style=&quot;width:150px&quot;)

width doesn't work with it (width=50)

Can anyone fix me up with what I need to do to get it to work?

Thanks! :)

sorry, I should have been more specific.

That controls the vertical height of it, but not the horizontal width.

Any other ideas?

Sorry link9 , no tricks will work for the <select> in NS4...I had a similar problem and used CSS but that only worked on IE4+ and NS6 not NS4...
I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
