Controlling the Sub-Report 1

CR XI with Oracle 9i.
My main report only uses half of the page and it calls a sub-report.
If subreport has 9 rows then it will print after the main report, otherwise it creates a new page(s) to prints all the rows.
The user wants to see a continues printing but I cannot control it.
Is any way of doing it in CR?

Format the subreport object, and turn off keep together.
