I have a project schedule with 37 tasks that I want printed on 11x17. for some reason the rows are being shown as double height and its forcing the text to be very small and pushed to the top and won't let me change it. how can I increase the text height and center the text in the task names? I would also like to increase the text height on the chart but again it won't hold the changes.

thanks

Kenchr:

What version of MS Project are you using?

In MS Project 2000 - go to File, Page Setup and choose your paper size.

To change the size of the text, make certain you have your Formatting Toolbar "on", it offers you the font size and alignment options you want. To turn a toolbar on or off, right click in the Toolbar area. Those with checkmarks are "on".

Hope this helps.
