I am not able to smoothly make incremental changes in shapes - when I grab one of their handles and drag - the shape jumps up to many sizes larger than I want. When my tech support person responded to my plea, he logged into Win NT with administrative rights and shapes worked the way it's supposed to - dragging one of the handles allowed him to adjust the size of the shape to any incremental size he wanted! He then reinstalled Word 97 but we had the same problem as before. Somewhere, I guess, a preference was set, one that is particular to my login. This confused the heck out of the tech support person and, needless to say, it's way beyond my comprehension. Can you help us figure out what to do to make me whole again?
