thread767-1478748 was very helpful along with a corresponding slightly modified thread that only included unique data. I however, have a request from a bussiness unit that would like a twist to these. I am not sure the request can be achieved, but I thought I would ask.

I am using Business Objects XI

The request is to show the items in one object like with thread767-1478748, however they want me to control the order of data in the string based on the number of times that unique data appears in the group.

Field1 Field 2
X123 industrya
X123 industrya
X123 industryb
X123 industryb
X123 industryb

therefore, for group X123 they want to see industryb/industrya because the former occurs 3 times and the latter 2 times. However, if industrya had occurred more times than industryb, they want to see industrya/industryb.

Is that possible?

How many unique instances of field 2 are there?

Hi LB, field2 contains property types. Currently there are 29 property types.

Thanks

In that case you should insert an inner group on {table.propertytype}, and then insert a count on any recurring field at the propertytype group level. Then go to report->group sort->choose All->"count of field"->descending order. Then place your accumulation formula for concatenation in the propertytype group section.
