Is there a way to control print settings on the home server for a web page so that when someone on another PC brings my page up and trys to print it the entire page will be set to fit to page?

You can set a print css file to be used when someone tries to print. This can have all of the settings like div width that will make it print the way you want.

look into linking css with media types

<link href="stylesheets/style_print.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print" />
