Controlling Dreamweaver Layers With Flash 5 1

Hi, Please can someone help i havent got much time!
Im currently building a Flash website but need to display some web pages within. I think the best way is to put a layer over the swf file in dreamweaver, however I tried this but cannot target the layer with the GETURL action. You can target a frame but not a layer, why? why? why?
If anyone has any ideas I would be very very greatful!

yeh sorry, wrote that in a rush. yep im re designing a webpage in flash

and i need som way of showing the html pages in the flash. ie, the message board, kicker website, scauk website.

Well.. Think you can forget that!
You'll have to use frames like you do in your present home page.
You can have your Flash intro... Then it links to the Flash version of your site... With a Flash menu in your left frame, a top Flash info frame (if you want that) and a main display frame where your links can show up!
That's the way to do it!
