Hi there,
I have a mixture of 98 and NT workstations running off a small business server. I want to be able to prevent users from cancelling the passwords and using the computers. I kow this is probably very easy but I can't work out for the life of me how to do it.
Any help would be much appreciated.

For the win9X machines you will need to edit the registry.
I believe the correct location is as follows

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Network\Logon
add or change value of key "MustBeValidated" to 1

For the NT machines you need to edit the registry as well. I can't recall the exact location where it is right now though.

Can someone else help out here? mot98..[peace]
