Controller PERC 3Di DELL PowerEdge 2650

If you are getting that error early in the installation process, then it's most likely a missing driver.
Unfortunately, it looks like the driver you need is no longer available on Dell's website.
You can try going to the chipset mfgr's website. I think the PERC3/Di is an Adaptec, but you may need to research that further.
