controling a movieclip from an html page in another frame 1

Hello guys!
This is the site that i am refering to:

What i want: In the footer of the page are several links.
When i press the home button for example i want to have the same effect as pressing the home button from the flash movie...over the flash movie not the html page that is changing if not there...using JS or something else.

About the cloud movie stuff.....do you know a website where i can find movieclips...for free.....and for with a good quality.... .avi, .mpg etc.

"You didn't trust me with your code" i remember that i have send you a long email where i have explained how everything goes in the movie...all the actions...from the movie from the buttons...i have told you everything...even screens of the timeline....THE ONLY thing i couldn't sent you was the .fla ...but i haven't "not trusted" you with this...i work in a company and all the files are copyrighted, etc....for example today my boss have seen what tou have posted .... and began to shout at me why have i sent those files...and it took me a long time to convince him that it wasn't the fla there...and that the swf file can be extracted by anyone from the site...so MY OPPINION is that you have missunderstood me and i am sorry for this.

If this is your point and you have this oppinion about me then you shouldn't explain anything...but then comes a question: why the bother to do this? ...just to say: "you didn't trust me? why should i?".

I'm very sorry that you think this way.
This is a thing that you should understand.
