Control Tool Bar problem in Outlook 2002

Hi all
i am using Outlook 2002 on 98 and XP. on some of the machines when users open a mail the control tool bar from word appears on the screen (a small rectangular box) and it annoys all users. I want to upgrade all my machines around 100 to Office 2002 on 98. Can someone tell me how do i get rid of this control tool bar appearing??

Are you using MS Word as your mail/text editor? This might be the problem. Try turning this off and using a RTF format. This is found under Tools, then Options then Mail formating.
