Control Tip is Flipped

Who can help? After working on a project sucessfully for several months, suddenly in UserForm25 (only) the Control Tip displays only in design-mode and does not display at all during runtime. As you know, when the mouse/cursor passes over it in design-mode it shouldn't be visible but it is (tis nice but then I pay on the other side when it doesn't work at runtime).

Usually this is caused by the controls not "being on top". For the Control Tips to work properly they must be "on top". If you surround the controls with another object such as a Rectangle control the the existing objects will be behind the rectangle in the form. All you need to do then is select all the objects and choose "Format" from Main Menu then click "Bring to Front". This will fix the problem.
