Control Set issue

So here's the scenario:

BCM 400 V3.7. I have a routing service enabled which of course causes the "Services On" message to be displayed on the control sets. This receptionist wants that message gone. F806 is not acceptable because she wants to see the CLID before picking up the call.

I have removed her DN as control set from all lines (target, VoIP, active physical) and all active sets, yet the message still displays. I have asked her to power cycle her set too, yet the message still persists.

I was busy bashing my head on the wall and then it hit me. Ask here!

So....any thoughts?

I have gone thru the same thing when making other than the Main set the control for what ever. I have done this to fix it was do a change DN. Then try moving it to another port w/set relo on then change back to the original DN.

Your Recpt sounds like the the one we had, It was always "well it didn't work that way at the last place I worked. She only lasted about 2 months.
