control set display

Is there any possibility to remove (clear) from control set display message "Sevice Mode ON" when alternate voip ruting is working. User cannot see the time and date bacuse this message is always on.

Unfortunately no.

If using routing services I'll put a phone in the phone closet and make that the control set for the lines so folks don't have to look at that message.
