Hi,
This is not so much a technical question but about the need for customers to validate what is in their reports.
I have a report and have created two control reports as requested by the customer. However, the control reports end up using the same sql as the report and in my opinion this defeats the purpose of having them.
Question to reports gurus out there:
1. in your experience, what is a control report?
2. Should the control report be based on the same queries?
3. how much investigation should the customer be doing to validate the actual report?
3.
