Control Print Jobs

I am looking for a solution that will allow me to control print jobs. Ideally the user will be prompted for a unique code that they will have to enter in order to print. At the same time the usage will be stored and then reported so that the user can be charged for the amount they printed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
