Control panel doesn't show sub-menu 1

I have four (essentially identical) machines running
win2k, and two of them do not display the contol panel
submenu when using "start-settings-contol panel". On the
affected machines the small arrow head is not displayed
so you cannot select a specific control panel item. There
must be a way to fix this, but so far I'm stumped.

Right-click an open area of your toolbar-> properties-> advanced-> check the box for "expand Control Panel". You're good to go.. Matt Wray
