Control Pallete Display

This question is so silly it’s laughable,
but I don’t know what to do.

At 800 X 600 monitor display the full InDesign Type Pallette in the Control Pallete at the right extreme(access to Bridge, Open Type flyout, etc.) is totally unvailable and not seen. (The Paragraph Pallette seems fully available.)

At 1024 X 768 the full complete Type Pallette is completely visible, but everything on screen is so small as to be almost unusable.

What can be done?
