Is there anyway to make sure that users are not allowed to enter CMOS? We still want the administrator to access CMOS -- we just want to keep the users out!
Unless... the users know how to reset the CMOS. Usually, not a threat... you should know the cababilities of these users well in advance and cripple them before they have a chance. Just a thought. Not a friendly thought (for the users) but a thought you should consider for yourself.
Just a pro-active stance, AndyBo (no need to hurt anybody). Computer cases equipped with locks are becoming rather popular. They don't prevent users from sticking screwdrivers in the cooling fans but they make it somewhat difficult to reset the CMOS via the hardware.
