control lookup column with another

Hi,

Is there a way to allow a user to choose an option from a pull down lookup column and based on that choice, populate a second pull down lookup column within a sharepoint list?

Unfortunately this is not possible out of the box.

Currently this needs custom coding...

thanks again. This makes it easy for me since they have the server on lock-down. I am stuck with Sharepoint's features out of the box.
