Hi,
I have almost 100 crystal reports that were created by multiple people. Unfortunately, each report has its own fonts size and formate. It is cumbursome to visit each report and change the fonts nad size to Arial 9 for all details column and Arial 10 for Report Names. Is there a way where I have one location to make a change in which the changes applies to all 100 report.
thanks for your help.

I think you'll need a third party tool to do it. You can check out some options here (I think rptInspector has a feature that does it, but others might as well).

If you have a Developer version of Crystal, and have some programming skills, it's possible to write your own utility to do it.

Is there an option in Crystal Report where I set up a general font size and format for any new reports that I would generate , so all new reports will have the same font size and setting?

thanks
