Control Folder Expansion

Is there a way to set the folder tree so that it does not close or collapse each time Notes is closed. In other words, everytime someone logs into Notes they have to click on the plus sign to expand the tree of folders. We are on version 6.5.2

For that, you need the Notes Designer. With that, you can access the Page element of your mail database. In the Page list, you can choose NotesMailPicker 6.1. In that page, you can modify the EmbeddedOutline Properties and choose Expand All instead of Display As Saved.

The irksome thing about all this is that the default choice is Display As Saved, yet when you open your folders and exit your mail, it is collapsed the next time around.
As usual, it would be nice if Lotus developers could make their options work as advertised. This one doesn't do its job.

Thank you very much. In other words there is a solution, but IBM/Lotus can't make it work. I'll give it a try anyway. Thanks again.
