control flash

Hi I am wondering if I can control my .swf file from html or any other way. what I wanna do is say I have five pages and 1 swf file with 5 frames I want the swf to show a different frame for each page so when the user go to page 3 the I an tell the swf somhow to go to frame 3 or watever frame I tell it, can this be done?

Are your 5 pages html pages, and would you be embedding this Flash navigation in the 5 pages? Or using a frameset?

Flash methods could probably work fine...

hi I went to that site but I dont really understand. Where do I put those commands? and how do I use em? can someone give me an html example?

Can you post a link to your .fla or mockup, zipped up and in MX only format (not MX2004), to see what you're trying to get at?
