IS-IT--Management
Dear all,
We have AIX 5.1L and DB2 7.2 on IBM pSeries.
Our AIX is on 64bit and DB2 is on 64bit.
We have PC Windows 2000 Pro workstations.
When installing DB2 control centre version 7.1, or 7.2 or 8.1 on Windows, we get issues with it is not fully compatible with 64bit. I believe that these installation programs of DB2 control administration clients are 32bit.
Any one experience this problem and any solutions?
We would ultimately like to use the control centre on our workstations to monitor and control DB2 on our AIX systems. But we found that not all the functions in the control centre work properly because of the 64bit OS on AIX.
Ideas and thoughts?
Thanks
Andy
