Hi,
We have IPCC express running on our publisher and I cannot access the Control Center admin pages - this is the only page. Is there any other way I can restart the CRS engine?

We keep getting calls seemingly stuck in the waiting status even though they have beenanswered and this is the only way we know how to clear it.

Any idea why this happens at all???

the Webpage wont come up? can you rdp into the sever and run it from there?

I've had it before where the web login wont come up but going launching it from the server desktop worked.

Networkers again this year?

There are lots of reasons you can get phantom calls stuck in queue. It can be a faulty script causing that or a bug. Several bugs on 4.0(4) would cause a phantom call stuck in queue.
Not sure why you can't get into appadmin. Wrong URL? is your call center running? You can restart all the services from the windows OS services.

Tried to view the page on the server - still can't access the page!
Restart the web service? What impact would that have?

I agree with you that it seems like a script issue that is causing the stuck calls, I have been quoted, "By changing the scripts including the resource select timer and including exception traps in the scripts the calls can be greatly reduced if not eliminated. "
