Control Add-in woes

Hello
we are in the process of switching over to NAV
I am not sure if GP is very similar, just trying to get help figuring out how to get rid of this error

Could not locate the control add-in library for "SerenicConnect;PublicKeyToken=47e0445fda72dce2, The page contains a control add-in that is not permitted. Contact your system administrator".

Product is Dynamics NAV 2013 R2
Serenic is the vendor. I am guessing that maybe a dll is missing
but it's just a guess
any help would be appreciated
