i have a corporate office who want to consolidate his branches account to only one

eg:

2001
2001-asm
2001-adm


this is the question : how can i get the total of all transaction entered in 2001-asm ,2001-adm in 2001

You're entitled to think that, but it is a pretty comprehensive document on the FR and it includes a tutorial. Otherwise get some training from your Accpac business partner.
