We have Contribute 4, and it is crashing when creating a hyperlink. Specifically, when we click the OK button.
If we click OK and wait (and don't click anything else), it displays "This program has stopped responding."
We have deleted the preferences folder, the registry preferences folder and all LCK files. Those efforts have helped slow Contribute programs for other users. Unfortunately, it is not helping for this user.
Any ideas on what else we can do to troubleshoot this issue?
