Contracting pay rate advice

I know this ain't a tek question, but I can't find any info on what to charge for ASP.NET contract work. I have never contracted, and I want to start out on the low end, so as to increase my odds of getting work. I have 3 years exp. spread over about 4 years. I've done my own web app in ASP.NET for the past 6 months or so.
I'm thinking $35/hr. Any input is appreciated.
