contract center supervisor problems

supervisor can not use contact manager
error code: not granted access for this operation.

howerver it seem like all the proper access is on
any thoughts?

OK - What do you mean by all the proper access is on? The most frustrating feature of this system is it does exactly what you tell it to do, not what you want it to do.

In other words you need to check your Access Class and Partition assignments for this supervisor.

Is there another supervisor that has the same access you want to provide this supervisor? You can use the copy method to create the user id for the new supervisor. This is the most foolproof way to quickly add another supervisor.

There is a difference between a:
Supervisor, provided the ability to monitor an agent via PBX observe. No web client access
Supervisor/web client user, while creating or modifying the supervisor the is an option to create a login ID for the web client with its password. Care should be used not to create it both in CCM and access and partitions. The easiest way to determine this is if has a user name there. Partition assignment still needs to be completed but the user will show up there.
Web Client user, The user is created in access and partition management.
