Contivity vpn client 6.1

hello.
I have a "contivity vpn client 6.1" installed on my windows xp, when i try to connect throught a dsl router "TECOM AH2322W" i show this error "Login failure due to remote host not responding" if i try to connect to throught other dsl router, the connection it's ok.
Maybe i have a incompatibility in my router (ipsec passthru, nat-t)My isp don't give me support, and i can't access to admin profile to change settings. i can open all ports needed (500 1723)
But, if i try to connect, whith windows vista+vpn client 6.7+TECOM DSL router. the connection it's ok.
What the different between xp vpn client and vista vpn client? use different protocols? is it possible any patch in xp to solve it?

HI,
i think it is something with the firewall if it is supported by your router, or may from the windows fire wall itself.
