Contivity updates

Hi

Can anyone help with the following:

What is the process for loading software to any of the contivity series?

How big are the code files themselves?

Its a straight forward process of telling the contivity to fetch the files from an ftp server, and then invoke the software once it is stored on disk.
The files amount to 80-110 mb as far as I remember.
