If you know the management IP, you can boot from a recovery disk, browse the management page in a web broswer (connected to the private interface) and reset it to defaults (this resets the config and the admin password). If you don't know the management IP, you can put a sniffer on the private interface while it boots and capture (the contivity sends a garp for its won IP). This isn't always 100% for some reason, but it may work...
