Contivity 1500

Hi all... I recently pulled our Contivity 1500 out of the dungeon and would like to put it back into use. Only problem is that no one seems to remember the admin password.

I've figured out the IP address for the management of the device and I have the Recovery Disk as well but I can't seem to figure out how to reset the admin password.

I did boot the device with the Recovery floppy disk and selected Restore to Factory Defaults but that didn't seem to reset the admin password.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot reset the admin password without sending it back to Nortel. 1

Have you tried the default password? admin/setup. Another choice is searching the web for the instructions on password recovery. I had found something in the past.
