Hi all
I have a customer with a Contivity 1100 on 256K fractional T. Customer wants to upgrade to 384K.
Am I right in assuming all I have to do on the Contivity is bump up the data rate on the WAN interface from 256 to 384. I realize I also need to coordinate with ISP to increase channels and core router capability.

If you're using the internal T1 CSU, then yes, coordinate with the ISP to increase the number of channels then configure the internal T1 CSU for six channels instead of four.

Thanks for the feedback.

But as far as the 1100 goes and assuming I'm using the internal CSU , all I have to do is increase the data rate on the WAN interface, correct?
