I am setting up a branch tunnel between two network to route voip traffic. I have the tunnel up and I can ping across it from both contivity and from the signaling server. However when I plug the phone in it cannot find the server. On the signaling server I show a message with the ip address of the phone that states that terminal is been restarted followed by this code "cid=01xac4ea3c"

any ideas? Please help!!! I am on succession release 3.0

Are you registering the phone to the node IP address of the signalling server? Full DHCP or partial DHCP on the phone?

It almost sounds like you're trying to register to the wrong IP on the sig server, which is why you're seeing the messages appear.

I am registering to the node IP address and I am doing a manual configuration on the phone.
