Hi,

I know hwo to set a conditional format for a cell, say
for B1, set its color to be red if A1=1

However, I don't know how to set many cells, like
for B1, set its color to be red if A1=1
for B2, set its color to be red if A2=1
for B3, set its color to be red if A3=1
.....

Can you help?

OK, I find:
just do paste special formats!

Thank you.

for B1, set its color to be red if A1=1
for B2, set its color to be red if A2=1
for B3, set its color to be red if A3=1

I just did something like this. Using your example, what do you want B1 to be if A1 does not equal 1?

If A1 does not equal 1, B1 will be the default color.

Instead of 'Cell value is', choose 'Formula Is'
=$A1=1
