We have a problem with Access2000 using a matrix printer
The matrix printer is using continuous paper, this paper is .5 inch longer than usual A4, but when printing on the printer each paper moves a .5 inch. So after a few pages the structure of the report is totally lost.

Any help appreciated.
Anybody has an idea how to set the paper to the right format and how to set the report in the right scales.
The printerType is OKI 380

Thnx in advance,
Gerard

So this meens that you have paper of the size 1"2 inch. You have to set up your printer to that size of paper. How you can do that is in the manual of your printer.
To check if your printer knows the correct size of the paper you should do a Form Feed on the printer (that's one of the buttoms). After that the printer should stop at the same place of the other paper.
Some matrix printers have a skip over perforation. Check this setting also.

When this is done you should check the papersize of your Windows driver. That should also be 12 inch.

After all this your printouts should be OK
