Continuous Job Failure - backup of the item is bad.

I have a Windows 2000 Server with Veritas 9.1 build 4691 where the job keeps failing with the following error in the job log:

"Backup set #12 on storage media #504
WARNING: "\\SERVER1\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes\smith, paul [smithp]?Top of Information Store?Calendar????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Invitation: Paul SMith, Paul Brown & Barry (18 Oct 10:30 GDT in Office, 38 Main Road)" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.
Database or database element is corrupt"


Can anyone give me any ideas as to why this is happening or even better tell me how to fix it?

delete the entry from Paul Smiths calendar.

There is something wrong in this email. The attachment may have funny characters or the attachment is prompting for open it with a application in Outlook..and Backup Exec. Antivirus is grabing the attachment. Basically you can have the user save out the attachment and the contens of the email and past into a new one. Or just delete the email.

I would just delete the email personally, and make a note of the info!

The job will say failed but you should note that 99.99% of your data will still have been backed up!
