I have a continuous form and this form contains a field that it grabs from a table and another field that is unbound and values to be input by the user. On this form is a submit button that grabs each data from the form and puts it in a table. When it gets to the last record, it does not have a value for the input field. The form is opened and the user can not start any new records, only the ones that came from the table. How can I grab each record (especially the last record) and put it in another table.
thanks for your help.

Sounds like a poor way to run a database. Why not just bind the controls to the appropriate table?

filmar68, with just this small amount of information it is hard to understand what other choices might be available to you.
Feel free to email me a copy of the database if you can.

I'll take a look and get right back to you.
