Continuous Form New Record Question

Is it possible to have the entry line for a new record in a continuous form to show at the top rather than at the bottom?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
nope... you can falsify this by adding text boxes to the header section, then sorted your form accordingly when you add the record...

But not by any built in methods.
