During reboot I get:
0821-600 /usr/sbin/syslogd: continuing without SRC support
syslogd sendmail portmap inetd snmpd dpid2 muxatmd
This happens after it starts the tcpip daemons. It does continue the reboot and I can do most things except those affected by the above daemons (the ps command unfortunately does not work). I get the same message in smitty if I stop then re-start tcpip.
There is a line in inittab for srcmstr.
lppchk -v shows no broken filesets.
I can telnet to all defined network addresses.
I can manually start some of the missing SRCs using startsrc -s, but after a couple of minutes they again appear inoperative in the lssrc -a command output.
Any suggestions?
Kathy
